ReelCannon

Terms of Service

Last updated November 5, 2026

These terms cover your use of ReelCannon at reelcannon.com (“ReelCannon”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What ReelCannon does

You pick a video format and type a topic. ReelCannon writes a script with AI, renders the scenes, adds narration and captions, and gives you a finished vertical video (a “reel”) to download.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with Google or an email link. Keep access to that account secure; you are responsible for activity on it.
  • You must be at least 13 to use ReelCannon. To buy a plan you must be an adult, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
  • One free trial per person. Creating accounts to collect extra free reels is not allowed.

3. Plans, reels and payment

  • New accounts get 2 free reels, which carry a ReelCannon watermark.
  • Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Studio) are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor Stripe. Each paid month adds the plan's reels to your balance (a yearly payment adds twelve months of reels). Unused reels roll over.
  • Top-ups add reels once and don't expire.
  • One reel is used per finished video. A video that fails to render doesn't use a reel.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your renewal.
  • Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may be added where required.

4. Cancelling

Cancel anytime in Settings → Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and reels already on your balance stay usable. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. Your content

  • You own the videos you make with ReelCannon, as far as the law allows, and may use them commercially, including for clients.
  • You give us permission to process, store and show your prompts and videos to you as needed to run the service. We don't feature your videos publicly without your permission.
  • You are responsible for what you create and post, and for following the rules of the platforms you post to.

6. AI output

Scripts are written by AI and can be wrong, odd or unsuitable. Review every reel before you post it. We don't guarantee views, followers or any other result.

7. What you can't do

  • Create content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Impersonate real people or organisations to deceive, or create misinformation meant to mislead.
  • Abuse free trials, resell access, scrape the service, or try to disrupt or reverse engineer it.

We may refuse a prompt, remove content, or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

8. The service

We run ReelCannon on a best-effort basis. Render times vary with demand, and we may add, change or remove formats and features. We aren't liable for downtime of ReelCannon or the services it relies on.

9. Disclaimers and liability

ReelCannon is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using ReelCannon anytime and ask us to delete your account by emailing reelcannonhq@gmail.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Using ReelCannon after that means you accept the new terms.
