Questions
- What counts as a reel?
- One finished vertical video, 1080×1920, in any format. A reel that fails to render doesn't count.
- Do unused reels roll over?
- Yes. Each paid month adds your plan's reels to your balance, and what you don't use stays there.
- Can I switch plans or cancel?
- Anytime, from Settings → Manage billing. An upgrade charges the prorated difference and adds the extra reels right away; a downgrade or a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.
- Who owns the videos?
- You do. Post them anywhere, including for clients.
