Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ReelCannon (reelcannon.com) collects, why, and who helps us run the service.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
- What you make: the formats, topics and options you enter, the scripts written for them, and the finished videos.
- Billing: your plan, its status and renewal date, and a Stripe customer ID. Stripe handles your card; we never see or store card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and request logs kept by our hosting providers to run and secure the service.
- A sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To make your videos and show you your library.
- To bill your plan and add the reels you paid for.
- To answer support requests, prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
- To improve our formats. We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase: database, sign-in and video storage.
- Vercel: hosting for the website.
- Stripe: payments and invoices.
- Anthropic: the topics and options you enter are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to write each script.
- Google: sign-in, if you choose Continue with Google.
Your videos
Finished videos and covers are stored at long, unguessable links so your browser can play and download them. Anyone who has a link can open that file, so share links with care. We don't list or feature your videos publicly without your permission.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and videos while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account we delete your profile, prompts and videos, except records we must keep for tax and accounting, such as invoices held by Stripe.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing reelcannonhq@gmail.com from your account's email address. Residents of places with additional privacy rights, such as California or the EU, can use those rights the same way.
Children
ReelCannon isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy in a significant way we'll tell you by email or in the app before it applies.
