Refund Policy

Every account starts with free reels so you can see what ReelCannon makes before paying. After that:

Plans

• Within 14 days of first buying a plan, if you've used 5 or fewer of the reels it added, we'll refund that payment in full on request.
• After that, payments aren't refunded for partial periods. Cancel anytime in Settings → Manage billing and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Top-ups

• Unused top-ups can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once a reel from a top-up is used, that top-up isn't refundable.

Our mistakes

• A video that fails to render never uses a reel.
• If you were charged by mistake, or an outage on our side kept you from using what you paid for, tell us and we'll make it right.

How to ask

Email reelcannonhq@gmail.com from your account's email address. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Refunded reels are removed from your balance.
